The stunning state-of-the-art tented facility sets the stage for your dream wedding. The Oaks Clubhouse also hosts private events.

A versatile banquetspace to accommodate both small and large groups, seating from 25 to 350 guests with convenient parking and a newly remodeled cocktail bar and lounge.

Flavors Events and Catering offers this elegant and spacious area, characterized by a clean and modern design. Large windows line the walls, allowing ample natural light to flood the room and providing a bright and airy atmosphere. The windows are dressed with sheer curtains that add a touch of softness and elegance to the space. The flooring is a warm, wood-like material that complements the neutral tones of the furniture and walls. The tray ceiling is complete with recessed lighting, ensuring the room is well-lit. The walls are adorned with subtle, decorative sconces and light-colored wallpaper, contributing to the sophisticated yet welcoming feel of the space. This area is ideal for gatherings, providing a comfortable and stylish setting for meals and social interactions. Seating up to 65. Outdoor space is available to add to your ambience.

A private room seats 125 people and a private bar.

Located just off Highway 151, the WCSB is an affordable and accessible option for your next event! The building’s large community room, a smaller breakout session room and conference room are available for private reservations.
