That’s why we launched Fin Sushi, with locations on Madison’s west side—and now in Sun Prairie—offering the same exceptional quality in a fast-casual setting.

Expanding beyond sushi, we introduced Poke Bay, bringing fresh, customizable poke bowls to the community. With locations in Fitchburg/Verona and Madison, Poke Bay continues our mission of offering healthy, sustainable, and flavorful meals made with responsibly sourced seafood and farm-fresh ingredients.
