Official Rules
- No Purchase Necessary. No purchase is necessary to participate in this giveaway or receive tickets. Participation is subject to these Official Rules and ticket availability.
- Eligibility. The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.
Employees of the Sun Prairie Chamber of Commerce, members of the Sun Prairie Chamber Board of Directors, members of the Sun Prairie Chamber Ambassador team, employees of the City of Sun Prairie, employees of Boelter + Lincoln, and appointed or elected members of the Sun Prairie Tourism Commission are not eligible to participate or receive tickets. Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, or sibling) and individuals residing in the same household as any of the individuals listed above are also ineligible.
- Promotion Period. The giveaway begins Monday, October 19, 2026, at 8:00 AM CDT and ends Saturday, October 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM CDT, or when all 100 pairs of tickets have been claimed, whichever occurs first. Registration may remain available after all tickets have been claimed; however, no additional tickets will be awarded once the limit has been reached.
- How to Participate. To participate, eligible individuals must complete and submit the registration form on com with all required information during the Promotion Period.
This giveaway is intended for new Visit Sun Prairie e-newsletter subscribers. Individuals who are already subscribed are not eligible to receive tickets through this promotion. By registering, eligible participants agree to subscribe to the Visit Sun Prairie e-newsletter.
Limit one (1) registration per household. Duplicate registrations from the same household will not qualify for additional tickets. Incomplete or ineligible registrations will not qualify. Registrations will be considered in the order they are received, based on the date and time of submission. Submitting a registration does not guarantee receipt of tickets. Only the first 100 eligible individuals to register, subject to the one-registration-per-household limit, will receive tickets.
- Prize. The first one hundred (100) eligible individuals to complete registration during the Promotion Period, subject to the one-registration-per-household limit and while supplies last, will each receive:
- Two (2) general admission tickets to the Culver’s Isthmus Bowl, scheduled for Saturday, November 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST at the Bank of Sun Prairie Stadium at Ashley Field, located at 155 Kroncke Dr., Sun Prairie, WI
The approximate retail value (ARV) of each pair of tickets is $30.
A maximum of 100 pairs of tickets will be awarded. Individuals who register after all 100 pairs have been claimed will not receive tickets, even if they otherwise meet the eligibility requirements.
Tickets are nontransferable, have no cash redemption value, and may not be exchanged for cash or other goods or services. No substitutions are permitted, except at the sponsor’s discretion. Recipients are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.
- Recipient Notification and Ticket Distribution. The first one hundred (100) eligible individuals who successfully register during the Promotion Period, subject to the one-registration-per-household limit, will receive two (2) tickets each. No random drawing will be conducted. Ticket awards will be determined by the order in which eligible registrations are received.
Eligible recipients will be notified by email using the address provided during registration. Tickets may be picked up at the Sun Prairie Chamber of Commerce, located at 109 E. Main St., Sun Prairie, WI 53590. Tickets may be mailed upon request.
Recipients are responsible for providing accurate contact and mailing information. Visit Sun Prairie is not responsible for undeliverable notifications or tickets resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by a participant.
- Sponsor and Disclaimer. This giveaway is sponsored and administered solely by Visit Sun Prairie.
This promotion may be advertised and promoted on social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, but is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any responsibility or liability related to this giveaway.
- Acceptance of a prize is not conditioned on granting publicity permission. Recipients may voluntarily consent to the use of their name, likeness, hometown, or photograph by Visit Sun Prairie for promotional and publicity purposes related to this giveaway, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Any such consent will be obtained separately and will be optional. Declining to provide publicity consent will not affect a recipient’s eligibility to receive or retain the prize.
- General Conditions. This giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Visit Sun Prairie reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules or attempts to interfere with the fair administration of the giveaway. Visit Sun Prairie reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make doing so necessary, subject to applicable law.
Participation constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.
