Night Market

Experience the magic of summer evenings in Downtown Sun Prairie at our Night Market. Stroll through a lively open-air market filled with artisan vendors, handmade goods, unique finds, delicious food, and live entertainment as the downtown streets come alive at night.

Bring friends, grab a bite from a food truck or local restaurant, enjoy the music, and shop local under the evening sky. It’s the perfect way to spend a summer night! This year we have two Night Markets on July 23rd and August 27th.

Vendor Information

Local makers, artists, and specialty vendors are invited to be part of the Night Market. This outdoor market highlights handmade, vintage, and unique goods.

Pricing:

• Free – BID Members
• Early Bird Pricing for vendors that register by April 30
  • $40 – Sun Prairie Farmers Market Vendors
  • $60 – General Market Vendors
• $75 – All vendors outside of the BID after April 30

The vendor fee includes participation in both Night Market dates (July 23 and August 27). If you can only attend one event, the fee remains the same.

Fees are non-refundable. The event will take place rain or shine but may be canceled in the case of severe weather. If weather causes a cancellation, the event will not be rescheduled.

Vendor Types Accepted:

We welcome handmade, artisan, vintage, boutique retail, and farmers market–style vendors including produce, plants, baked goods, and other locally made foods.

Direct sales/MLM vendors and service-based businesses are not permitted unless you are a business located in the Downtown and would like to set up a booth at the market.

Additional Details:

• Vendors are required to provide everything they need for their booth (tent, tables, chairs, lights, etc).
• There is no power available, vendors will need to use generators if they need power.
• Booths will be set up on the street, limited shade is available.
